New Features

Added gross acres to lease info page.
Added "Tax ID" field to company info page, which is used for invoice cover sheets.
Invoices now include a "Billing Period" date range that is populated during invoice creation and shown on invoice reports.

Fixed an error where ownership report could not be run from tract page under rare conditions.
Minor styling fixes in certain browsers.
Fixed a problem where some leases would not show on the party merge preview window.
Fixed an error on ownership report when generating for tracts with no legal description.
Expense sheets will now order entries by billable date.
