This version includes some improvements to our new time review system and multiple contact people for individuals and companies.
New Features
- It is now possible to make an existing party a client.
- Added a miscellaneous lease form category.
- It is now possible to have multiple contact people for each party (added lease form fields for up to 4).
- When the review all time permission is removed from a user, that user's reviewee list is now automatically cleared.
- Added the ability to search paychecks by check number.
- Total mileage expenses now appear on the time and expense summary report.
Errors Fixed
- Corrected validation issue on the create lease page.
- The lease search page now works correctly when there isn't a current prospect selected.
- The party notes field is now correctly saved when editing a party using the edit party window.
- The party email field is now correctly saved when editing a party using the edit party window.
- Corrected issue that allowed users that didn't have access to any prospects to view time entries from all prospects on the timesheet review page.
- Corrected issue that was preventing new users from being added to the reviewee list for users that had the review all time permission.
- The prospect bill rates now correctly override the client bill rates.
Other Changes
- Made some performance improvements to the tract search and lease search screens.
