Included in this release is a new simple Profit and Loss Report as well as several fixes and improvements.
New Features
- Added a simple profit and loss statement report.
- Added some error reporting for client side errors so Landboss staff will be notified when a javascript error occurs.
- The Ownership Report - Details pages now displays tract owners that have 0 mineral interest and 0 surface interest as mineral owners.
- The Ownership Report - Details page now labels strangers in title.
- A validation message will now be displayed when a user attempts to save a tract that doesn't have any tract segments.
- A default activity code is no longer selected for new time entries in order to help prevent data entry errors due to users forgetting to select the correct activity code.
- Changed leases with no lease status to show Unknown as the status name instead of None.
- The Tracts group on the Lease Overview screen now lists the leased acres.
Errors Fixed
- Corrected issue with uploading certain file types as receipts in Internet Explorer.
- Corrected misaligned labels on the Ownership Report - Details page.
- Corrected an issue with merging parties.
- Corrected issue that was sometimes causing an error to occur when creating a tract.
- Corrected issue with editing the default segment for new tracts.
- The tract gross acres value on the Tract Description tab now correctly defaults to 0 when none of the tract segments have acreage specified.
- Corrected issue that would sometimes cause the Edit Segment window to be positioned past the top of the window.
- The Section field in the Survey legal description type no longer defaults to 0.
- Paging on the grid on the Choose User page now works correctly.
- It is now possible to save a new tract without changing the default segment.
- Corrected issue with the tract number validation caused by the addition of the new tract segments issue.
- Corrected issue that would sometimes cause the user to be changed for a timesheet entry when it was reviewed.
- The Tract Documents tab now works correctly after deleting a document.
- Corrected issue with the Edit link for timesheet entries on the Enter Time page and the View Timesheet and Edit Timesheet pages.
- The Chain of Title page now works correctly when adding instruments with multiple grantors or grantees.
- Spouses can now correctly be deleted from Parties.
