After a lot of work, and much user anticipation, we have added integrated workflow to Landboss! Users with Full Access licenses and the appropriate permissions can assign and track tasks and their progress.
New Features
- Moved the Simplifile username and password to a popup window so users don't get confused when trying to change their Landboss password.
- Added new Workflow feature.
- Corrected error that was preventing clients from being deleted.
- Added line item quantity, rate, and is expense to the the standard Invoice to CSV export.
- Added a Billing Code column to the Choose Work Code screen.
- Added a landing screen for the Profit and Loss report and modified the report to support date ranges.
- Added a friendly error page for users that try to access something that is in a prospect that they don't have access to.
Errors Fixed
- Corrected values of acreage columns on the Party Tracts screen.
- Corrected issue that was letting users that had an Accounting license receive notification emails about leases.
- Corrected some issues on the Chain of Title screen.
- Corrected issue with map tooltip that was including surface owners in the total mineral owners line.
- Changed formatting of Rate column on Invoice report from 2 decimals to 3 decimals to support mileage rates that have fractional pennies.
- Corrected some issues on the Prospect Info screen.
- Corrected issue with the Each Section by Billing Code invoice format.
- Corrected issue that was allowing users with only the Timesheet Management permission to run Client Expense Sheet reports.
- Tracts and Leases in deactivated Prospects will no longer be shown in the search results.
