Quite a few smaller, but useful, features were added in this release.
New Features
- It is now possible to specify the projection used when exporting shape files.
- Added recently finished workflow tasks to home screen.
- The lease name is now updated automatically if the name of a lessor is changed in the party section.
- Legend on the map now scales up when printing wall-sized maps.
- Added a check to prevent users from entering time entries for payroll periods that have already been generated.
- Sort order on search screens is now saved.
- Added employee/payroll # to paycheck CSV export.
- Added lessor email to lease csv export.
- Modified the way the labor rate is displayed in the summary blocks at the bottom of the timesheet view screens so that it is less confusing when the timesheet has multiple rates.
- Added prospect AFE number to invoice csv export.
Errors Fixed
- Cancelling creation of an ownership report on an owner that hasn't been saved yet no longer results in a client side error.
- Corrected issue that was causing the Time & Expense Summary report to be hidden for some users that should be able to see it.
- Corrected issue that would cause the ownership screen to confirm loss of changes needlessly after viewing an owner that is an apparent heir.
- Corrected very rare server side error caused that would sometimes prevent a user from accessing the search screens.
- The tract ownership screen now shows the most recent checked on date for the ownership check history instead of the last entered one.
