This update is much smaller than the last major update, but includes more progress towards modernizing the architecture of Landboss, as well as a new client setting to require work descriptions for time entries.

- Client setting that makes the work description field required for time entries entered in any of that client's prospects.
- Increased performance of the client list report for tenants that have a large number of clients and/or prospects by limiting the report to showing the 3 most recent prospects for a client.
Fixes
- Fixed not being able to delete a mineral owner from a tract.
- Fixed a long standing issue where new user accounts would temporarly be shown expired announcements.
- Fixed the lease form field list download to include the csv extension so it's easier to open with Microsoft Excel or any other program that can handle comma seperated value files.
- Fixed the tract details section of the ownership report so that it properly page breaks if there are multiple tracts included in the report.
