New Help Portals

We've launched totally revamped versions of and! The updated sites have a modern look and feel and are fully mobile optimized. Also, you can now submit help requests without leaving the site and lookup the status of past help tickets. Lastly, you can now ask clarifying questions, give feedback, or help others with specific help articles as each now has a dedicated comments section.

Note that if you've bookmarked help articles on the old sites, those bookmarks will stay working in most cases, though there are a few that are broken due to technical reasons. If you run into a broken bookmark, you can use the search feature and find the article again as the actual content of the sites is mostly the same.
