Effective March 31st, UnitK Software, LLC has purchased all rights and assets for the Landboss, Mineralboss, and Titleboss products from InterWorks, Inc.

We've been sticking to minor bug fix releases for quite some time now but this latest release brings a couple of significant changes and so we've decided to publish this announcement.

Added the ability to hide properties from the search results for archiving old properties and improved alerts.

Added ability to set purchase and sale price for a property and corrected some issues with the alert system.

For this version, we added a deduction description field for paychecks and the ability to set the time for the filing and execution date of tract instruments to allow for more precise ordering of the chain of title.

Added product sales reports and fixed some issues with checks.

Loads of issues, too numerous to list, were fixed and quite a few customer requested features were added in this long awaited Landboss release.

We focused solely on performance and stability improvements for this release and while there weren't many user interface changes, there were several changed behind the scenes, which we won't list here.

This release includes mineral revenue charts and printable reports, property types to increase usability, and several other improvements and fixes.
